Terms of Service
These terms cover this website and the work we do for you. Please read them before you hire us. If something here is unclear, ask us and we'll explain it in plain words.

1. Who we are
Codezy Tech (“we”, “us”) is a small technology service based in Malaysia. We set up AI tools and automations inside accounts you own, and we show you how to run them yourself. You can reach us on WhatsApp or through the form on our home page.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By using this website, or by asking us to do work for you, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or hire us.
3. What we do
Our work is limited to three things:
- Choosing and setting up existing AI tools for a task you name.
- Connecting your tools so a repeated task can run automatically.
- Showing you how to use the setup and checking that you can.
We don't build our own AI, host your setup, or sell software licences. We are not your lawyer, accountant, auditor or doctor, and nothing we produce is professional advice of that kind.
4. Before work starts
What we'll do, what it costs, and when it is finished is agreed with you in writing, by message or email, before we start. Anything outside that agreement is new work and is quoted separately. If we haven't agreed something in writing, we haven't promised it.
5. Third-party tools
The tools we set up belong to other companies such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. You sign up for them, you pay them directly, and you are bound by their own terms and prices. We don't control those tools. If a provider changes its features, its pricing, or its terms, or shuts down, that is outside our control and is not our responsibility.
6. Your accounts and your part of the work
You are responsible for:
- The accounts, subscriptions and payments for the tools we set up.
- Keeping your own passwords safe and turning on two-factor login.
- Making sure you have the right to use any information you put into a tool, including other people's personal data.
- Keeping your own backups of anything important.
- Checking what the setup produces before you rely on it.
If you give us access to your accounts so we can set something up, we use that access only for the agreed work. Ask us to remove our access whenever you like, and please remove it yourself once the work is done.
7. AI output needs checking
AI tools get things wrong. They can invent facts, misread a document, or write something that sounds right and isn't. A setup we build makes a task faster; it does not make the result correct. You must read and check anything an AI tool produces before you send it to a customer, act on it, or rely on it for a decision.
8. What we don't promise
We do the work with reasonable care and skill. We don't promise a particular result, a specific time saving, uninterrupted service, or that a tool will keep behaving the same way. Everything we hand over is provided as it is, without any further warranty beyond what the law requires us to give.
9. Ownership
The setups, prompts, automations and instructions we build for you are yours to keep, change, stop or hand to someone else. Your own data stays yours throughout. The content, design and code of this website stay ours, and general knowledge and methods we bring to the job stay ours to reuse for other clients.
10. If something goes wrong
If part of the work doesn't do what we agreed, tell us within 14 days of handover and we'll fix it at no charge. If we can't fix it, we'll refund the fee for that part.
Beyond that, our total liability for any one engagement is limited to what you paid us for it. We are not liable for lost profit, lost business, lost data, or losses caused by a third-party tool or by unchecked AI output. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud.
11. Stopping
Either of us can end an engagement at any time by telling the other. You pay for work already done; we hand over whatever is finished and remove our access to your accounts.
12. Using this website
Please use the site normally. Don't try to break it, scrape it in bulk, or use the contact form to send spam, malware or anything unlawful. The site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer or a binding quote.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. The terms that apply to your work are the ones in force when we agreed it.
14. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going anywhere near a court, please talk to us. Most things are easier to sort out directly.
